Sunny Shah was involved with voluntary organizations in Mumbai from 2007, many of his followers, colleagues were in his support, till the time he gained experience, that developing local was easy than developing out station destinations, which was hard task for him too, but due to his last experience made him more strong this time, he took it as challenge to reach organization in different states of country, he achieved his goals and he reached his organization to all the states of India.

Dr. Sunny Shah was involved in many activities in India, he was taken step to get smart cards as voter epic card movement in 2011, Movement to raise voice for Transgender Bill to be passed in Lok Sabha, and many more plan of action taken by him. He then found many of cases are deeply involved with bureaucrats and involved upper class people, where he found does not have hope to get justice, to cope up same he is planning to take matters to court of law.
